We present one of our completed international projects – New Boyd Business Park, located in the green and tranquil area of Johns Creek, Georgia, USA. The building combines office and warehouse spaces within a modern and functional architectural volume, with a total built-up area of 5,500 m².

Designed with careful attention to detail and the surrounding environment, the business park showcases a contemporary aesthetic highlighted by generous glazing and large windows in the office area, providing abundant natural light and visual connection with the outdoors. The office zone is spread across two levels, with a mezzanine overlooking the warehouse space, creating a sense of openness and integration.
