Process

The design process in NIKART studio is clearly structured process, build on collaboration and precision. Each stage - from the initial consultation to construction documentation and site supervision - has a defined role. Our goal is not only to create beautiful architecture, but a sustainable and achievable system — one that respects the place, the budget, and the timeline. We believe that a transparent process brings peace of mind to the client and confidence to the builder.

01. PREPOSITION
WE LISTEN. We ask important questions. We examin the site, discuss the budged and explore possibilities. Together we identify what’s important to you - comfort, sustainabillity, functionality. This is the start stage for creating project that reflect on the way you want to live.
02. CONCEPT
At this stage, we develop the concept, initial sketches, plans and 3D models that visualises the future project. We combine aesthetics and construction logics. We collaborate closely with engineers and define the steps needed to obtain the Design Permit and additional approvals.
03. TECHNICAL PROJECT
We prepare a complete technical project with detailed drawings, quantity take-offs, and specifications. We coordinate closely with engineers and hold meetings to clarify every element. We finalize the documentation for the building permit, providing a solid foundation for accurate quotes and reliable execution.
04. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
We develop architectural details, façade grids, and specifications for flooring, windows, and cladding. We prepare instructions for contractors so that every element is clearly defined and buildable as designed.
05. INTERIOR DESIGN
We design interiors that reflect your lifestyle and the character of the space. Whether at a conceptual or detailed stage, we work with flexibility to match the scale and your needs. The budget is determined by the sq. m, number of rooms and the desired level of detail. We offer full project execution, on-site coordination, and author’s supervision throughout the process.
06. ARCHITECTURAL SUPERVISION
We keep close contact with the construction team, address questions as they arise, and ensure the project is executed according to the design. Our aim is to guarantee that every on-site solution meets the approved documentation and that quality is maintained at the highest level throughout the process.
