ENINA RESIDENCE

The residence is situated on a spacious plot at the foothills of the Stara Planina mountain range, approximately 4 km northeast of the town of Kazanlak. The property offers a unique panoramic view of the city and the surrounding mountain landscape, as well as of an artificial lake and a Japanese garden that enhance the tranquility and aesthetic character of the site.

The project includes a main reception building, designed on multiple levels that follow the natural terrain, with adjoining garages and a swimming pool. The architectural concept emphasizes clean, well-defined volumes with distinctive pilasters and wide eaves, highlighting the building’s contemporary yet harmonious style. Large glazed surfaces and generous south-facing terraces provide a strong connection to nature and allow abundant natural light to permeate the interior.

The living area is double-height and very spacious, creating a visual link between the indoor spaces and the surrounding natural environment. The bedrooms are strategically distributed in separate zones of the house to ensure privacy and quietness, isolated from the livelier areas such as the living room and the main courtyard.

The façade materials are primarily stone, wood, and glass — natural elements that blend seamlessly with the mountainous landscape. This connection with nature is a guiding principle throughout the entire project, contributing to a sense of comfort, serenity, and balance.
