Hotel Complex and Holiday Houses in Mavrovo, North Macedonia
The project envisions the development of a modern hotel complex situated in the picturesque region of Mavrovo. In addition to the main hotel building, the complex will include six independent holiday houses, each with its own private access.
The architectural concept focuses on a contemporary and refined design, characterized by distinctive alpine-style roofs and extensive glazing that enhances the sense of openness and creates a strong visual connection with the natural surroundings.
The main building will feature a spacious lobby and reception area, a cozy lobby bar, a restaurant overlooking the landscape, a fitness center, and a panoramic lounge bar located on the top floor. The hotel rooms are designed with generous terraces and large windows, providing abundant natural light and stunning views of the scenery.
Each of the six houses offers privacy and comfort, featuring a spacious double-height living area with a fireplace, a covered veranda, a private sauna, jacuzzi, and massage room. The second floor accommodates two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a shared panoramic terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature.
