Single-Family Mountain House Project – Dobrinishte
Located in close proximity to a pine forest with panoramic views of the majestic Pirin Mountains, this modern mountain villa is conceived as a harmonious extension of nature. The concept is based on a balance between contemporary comfort and respect for the surrounding environment.
The building is organized over three levels and combines a variety of functions: a spacious double-height living area, a kitchen open to the views, a home spa with an outdoor jacuzzi, a fitness room, a “mancave” for relaxation, and a dedicated wine storage room. The large garage and an elevator connecting all levels — from the walk-in closet in the master bedroom to the living area and garages — ensure a high degree of convenience and functionality. On the second level, generous bedrooms feature terraces with captivating views of the mountain landscape. The master bedroom is designed as an intimate retreat with direct contact with nature.
The architectural language of the house is inspired by local materials — natural stone and wood cladding — combined with expansive glass façades that align with contemporary trends for maximum connectivity between interior and exterior spaces, creating a sense of lightness and openness.
The project is designed with both maximum comfort and respect for the spirit of traditional mountain architecture. The villa offers a contemporary interpretation of this architectural language — a home where modern aesthetics and functionality harmoniously blend with the natural environment.
